About this site
GeBIZ Tracker shows who won Singapore's government open tenders and for how much, using the award records the Ministry of Finance publishes on data.gov.sg.
Where the figures come from
Awards come from Government Procurement via GeBIZ, published by the Ministry of Finance. It lists open tenders put out by government agencies since April 2021, with the agency, description, award date, supplier and amount. It is updated about once a year, usually in April, and this site follows within a month.
Company details (UEN, type, status, registration date, former names) come from ACRA Information on Corporate Entities, refreshed monthly. Suppliers are matched to ACRA by name, current or former. 5,123 of 6,144 supplier names match. A match by name can occasionally pick the wrong company.
Both datasets are made available under the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0.
What the figures cover
- Open tenders only. Quotations, small purchases and contracts awarded without an open tender are not in the data.
- Winning amounts only. There are no losing bids and no number of bidders.
- Split tenders. Some tenders are awarded to several suppliers, item by item. Each supplier's share is a separate row.
- No fixed value. Panels, framework agreements and schedules of rates are often recorded at S$0 or S$1. Awards under S$100 are shown as "No fixed value" and left out of medians.
- No award. 639 tenders closed with no supplier chosen. They are shown in Explore when you ask for them.
- Financial years. Singapore's government year runs April to March, so FY2025 is April 2025 to March 2026.
People and companies
Every company that won an award has a page. 413 supplier names look like individuals rather than businesses; they appear in tables but get no page of their own.
This site states what the records say and draws no conclusions about any agency or company.
Independence
GeBIZ Tracker is an independent site using public data. It is not run by, or connected to, GeBIZ, the Ministry of Finance or any government agency. To take part in a tender, use GeBIZ itself.
